在满足以下条件的情况下，可以将文件上载作为表单网格元素中引用表单中的一个字段：

1. 表格必须是  增强型网格表单元素（表单网格）元素。
2. 表格绑定器必须与Multirow Form Binder一起使用。

One can include File Upload as one of the fields in the referencing form in a form grid element while fulfilling the conditions below:

1. The grid must be an Enhanced Grid Form Element (Form Grid) element.
2. The grid binder must be used together with Multirow Form Binder.
