Form Builder allows regeneration of forms from one application into another form.

From the originating form, simply copy Advanced:JSON Definition link from the bottom right corner of the form builder as shown below.
Go to your target form, click on the Advanced:JSON Definition link and paste the copied JSON definition into it. Click update.
