When i opened the form builder the following error +" Error initializing Password field: \[object Error\]"+ was raised. I am afraid that this is related to changing the default System Locale   language , as the error started after  i changed the default locale language from En_US to ar . of course i changed the locale back to en_us but the above error is still being displayed.
