Registering app is a process that is used to register application with specific details like app availability, app critically, and which installation, and environment it belongs to.

Name	Description
App ID	Auto Generated Field.
Installation	Choose Installation from list of installations list here. Installations
Installation Approver	Installation Approver options is automatically filled with the choices added as installation approver when creating new installation. Installations
Environment	Environment name is automatically filled with the option chosen in the installation.
App Name	Application Name shows list of application installed.
App Criticality	Very High High Medium Low Very Low
App Availability	Low Medium High
App Purpose	Description for the purpose of the application.
Contact Type	Owner Business Contact Technical Contact
App Owner	Application Owner shows the list of developers or users with the role as APP_OWNER
Assign To	Individuals When assigned to an individual an individuals section is shown. Should display as a smaller table as well and show the field and description. description contains where the option is coming from and put a link if its from another menu Group When assigned to group a group section is shown and show the list of groups created in the cloud.
Set Pipeline?	Enable this to deploy app by following the pipeline in order of installations selected.
