Introduction

The Store to Process Variable enhancer allows you to store the AI response directly into Joget workflow process variables. This is useful when the data needs to be reused in subsequent workflow steps or passed between activities in a process.

How to use it

To use the Store to Process Variable Element:

Adding the Store to Process Variable enhancer

Locate the Store to Process Variable element under the Enhancer Plugin section.
Drag and drop the File element into the “Drop an enhancer here” section.

Configure form properties

To properly integrate and configure the Beanshell, set the following fields:

Store to Process Variable : Select or define the process variables where the response data will be stored.

This enhancer only works when executed within a workflow context (i.e., there is a valid workflow assignment running).
