filling entire row in grid or spreadsheet

Greetings - is there a way to fill an entire row in a grid by selecting a field in the load binder form. basically if I enter the SKU of a product I would like to autofill the product name and price for example, I have a lookup binded to a form currently

      I googled and found this webpage Spreadsheet#SpecialFunction with special function FORMDATA that might serve your need. There is a demo app you can download and try too.
