How to view a specific form given specific record Id

Hi

I have a form of id requestCompleted, I want to view the data submitted before of recordId 1234-213213-213123-123

Is there a way to view this form without using the form in user view, since I don't want to make the left pane of the user view visible

      Hi, you can display just the form in a userview using Embedded Mode. This hides all the menus, headers and footers.
