Hi,
Thanks for reporting this issue. This is a feature to check missing plugins and getting an available plugin lists from marketplace. It may not handled correctly for bad internet or no internet access. Our product team will take a look on this issue.

We have replaced Joget DX7 by Joget DX8 on Debian/Tomcat. We can open Joget and launch application. But, when we launch "App composer" (for example for "Joget DX showcase" application, it takes a long time (few seconds) and there is these message in the system log : "org.joget.apps.app.service.MarketplaceUtil - Fail to retrieve data from marketplace." . How to resolve this issue ?
