If your subforms are not using the same form db table name, you will need to perform a join or use the ID field and create primary key. Search the KB.Good luck.

Essentially what cac tus said: If your subforms are not used as a grid you might just change their table names (in properties when you open the form) to the same table name that collection date uses. sub form id to keep parent id could be "id" if I remember right. The knowledge base articles about subform and ajax subform will be better at giiding you to set it up properly. But if you use the subforms as part of a form grid you should have a closer look at the form grid knowledge base article.

Hi
I have form named 'Collection Date' which has two sub forms i.e. (1) Details of Request (2) Approval from Director
and a section 'Collection Date'
I would like to import these files into Data list but somehow my data list builder is not showing above fields.
PFA screen shot for your reference
I would appreciate your help in this regard
Best wishes
