I have tried downloading a new Account Creation app as well as reinstalling joget workflow enterprise edition all together however the application is still unable to add new users into my dbo.dir_users.
About a week ago it was working fine but then stopped working recently.

Was there any change done recently, since it was working before that? You might want to check the logs to see what error messages are shown, if any.

This is the only thing I get when I submit the form to create a new account. The joget logs remain unchanged.

You might have accidentally change something in the app.
Do try downloading and installing the Account Creation app anew to test.
Do remember to read the documentation steps in the app's welcome page.

Hi, I ran into an issue where even by using account creation app on the marketplace I am unable to add users into my joget users or dbo.dir_users. Every time I submit the form it just adds the values in to another table. Previously it added to multiple tables but now its only adding to the form table in the database.
