Have you configured the email tool's recipient to the intended person?

I have created a test workflow, for this I have used "Travel Request" app available in Joget Workflow. When user fills the request and then in case of acceptance or rejection it does NOT send an email to the user.
When we configured email plugin and send a test email it works fine.
