when i submit the form in run process i want the workflow variables to be updated with a specific data from the database

    Hi,

    You can achieve this by using Database SQL Query Options.

    Formerly known as JDBC Form Binder , Database SQL Queryallows you to use custom SQL statements to retrieve and load records into your form fields. Similarly, you can write SQL statements to save the records in your form field into a database table.
