Git Configuration Save Failed

I have tried multiple times in setting up the git configuration to my remote GitHub repo, and it fails every time. Perhaps there something that I need to configure at the GitHub repo itself, or maybe what I filled in below is wrong.


Kindly advise me on how to correctly configure this. Thanks.
