plugins depandnacy update

hello guys, this is not really question but warring both, recently I observe the bundle of Apache felix for OSGi plugin it does not pass when we build our plugins except when put version's before "6.0.0". 
so this version and above no longer support our platform.

because of java version's conflict, not meet. dependency last version need jvm17 and above but we work on 11 and 8.

the question : it there is make any problem if we choice old version's, even in performance and memory issue ?

but i don't really expert this,  like at another develop environment like Linux may my windows is the problem (super tiny chance)!
