Hello Everyone ,

I have a question about Joget.

I created an Employee form that includes fields like Name, Job Description, and Username. I want to retrieve and display data in the form based on the current logged-in user — specifically by matching the Username field with the current user's username.

Does anyone know how to achieve this in Joget?

Thank you!

Hi Taha, you can use the current user hash variable to achieve this. Please refer this link. Thanks

I know this variable and I put it as default on the username field, but the idea is I want to retrieve the other fields like salary, job description etc where username equal the current username

Hi Taha, for Job description you can use the Job Title hashvariable. As for the salary etc Joget doesn't collect these employee data by default. You can define a separate form to maintain these master data and pull them via cascading options in select box to auto populate them or use Ajax Subform to show these additional employee details. Hope this helps. Thanks

The idea is I want to retrieve data to the form where username = current user name regardless what the data are

Could you provide more details on where these data are being stored right now?

I created from in joget so The data is created in Database automatic. For example I created record for Clark. And I want to Make the form read the Data where username equal Clark
