How to overcome Security Violation (Code 403)

Hi

Recently I install few database tool like MySQL Community Server 8.0.13 , MySQL Installer , XAMPP , and MariaDB 10.3 Series . All because i want to look into the database in joget that i'm using, which i'm failed. I'm not sure what i did but all were default setting during installed. Now, even after i uninstall back all the tool, i still get this error code.
