fix 2 deadline cannot process into system

I make 2 deadline 1 for asynchronous for the first date and synchronous. This 2 deadline cannot process in my run process. Someone had any idea how to fix this?




first deadline limit : "#date.DAY-1.dd-MMM-yyyy HH:mm[{variable.dueDate}|dd-MM-yyyy]#"

second deadline limit: "#date.DAY-2.dd-MMM-yyyy HH:mm[{variable.dueDate2}|dd-MM-yyyy]#"

      Hi, what do you mean by "cannot process"? In any case, if the synchronous deadline triggers first, then it will move on to the next activity or tool already.
