Edit Resources Not Appeares

Hi,


I'm trying to upload manual guide at resource to get the link so I can attach it as my footer. But nothing appeared. 

It just happens with my manual guide file. I tried upload picture as resources, it doesn't happen like this.

      Where is the server hosted? Can you open F12 (developer tools in browser) to see if there's failed network calls to the server perhaps.
