I try to add form in map activities, but after I refresh. The form is gone. Why is so? 

Help please.

        sure :) I just rename the activity Id in workflow. My problem settled \O/

    For the french-speaking people, do not include words with (apostrophe), if so you won't be able to map your forms to your activites.

    Ex: 

    • la + avalanche ? l’avalanche -- « L’avalanche a fait cinq morts ».
    • le + arbre ? l’arbre -- « Le petit garçon était caché derrière l’arbre ».
    • le + habit ? l’habit -- « L’habit qu’il portait était magnifique ».
    • je + habite ? j’habite -- « J’habite rue Lepic ».
    • me + envoyer ? m’envoyer -- « Peux-tu m’envoyer un courriel ».
    • que + avec ? qu’avec -- « Il ne voit bien qu’avec des lunettes ».
    • jusque + où ? jusqu’où -- « Jusqu’où va-t-elle ? »
