workflow will not reach second approval

I'm using joget v3.1 enterprise the flow will not reach the second approver (IT manager) even after the first approver approve it.

Hi Hamad,

You have error in your condition defined. Have a look on the sample apps that comes by default in your Joget installation to learn more about app creation or go through our video tutorials.
