As we have created users in joget in which we were using "first name.last name" as username so in this case all tasks ,processes are running ,users were able to view their tasks but as per client's requirement we have edited username with user's email id so in this case users are not able to view their tasks.What could be the issue?
Hi, as you mentioned you edited the username so the previous tasks are likely still assigned to the old usernames. Perhaps you can try to re-evaluate the assignments from Running Activity Instance.
