Escalation Issue in Process(joget v6)

Hi Experts,

We have created the process in joget and in process we have defined some escalations so what is happening if activities get escalated and after escalation user ends original activity but the issue is escalation activities are not getting ended even user ends the original activities.So I want to know is this behavior  normal or is there any way to end the activities.

      I think you need to set the General Settings#TimerSettings Process Deadline Checker Interval property, something like "60" seconds.
