Is there a way to make the SLA report display the user responsible for the activity?

Hello,

SLA reports only show time statistics for each activity, but not how long each user is taking to accomplish a certain activity.

Are there any configurations I can do to make that possible?

      Hi, there does not seem to have an option in the SLA report for that. You could try to directly access the reporting data in the app_report_ db tables to make your own custom reports.
