Manage Group will return a list of groups found in the directory manager and the option to create new group or edit an existing group.

Assigning Users to Group
Assigning a user to a group is one of the the features in manage group, click on the + under group members and a popup dialog will show up to select users.
Select user(s) to add/assign to the group.
