Cannot download generate pdf jasper report when using joget mobile apps

Im using Joget v6 enterprise. Its working fine when using browser to display / download pdf generate report from jasper but keep show loading icon on joget mobile apps. 


Is pdf cannot work on joget mobile apps ?

    Maybe you can attach a small app for the community to check it out. Do provide screenshots or form id name, of the form screen that's you need help. Thanks.
