Sorry to hear that. Maybe you should contact Joget technical support. BTW, if you are using LDAP/active directory, you can only change your user's role from your directory service. But I have never use LDAP before. So not sure how to help

Not sure what happening. Are you not able to Edit the user? The odd thing is that the role is displayed as "Role_User" instead of "User". Maybe there is a bug with the web console.
Try to access the User edit screen via the Admin Bar - http://dev.joget.org/community/display/KBv4/Introducing+the+Admin+Bar

That's very strange. Can you provide a full screenshot? Thx.

Jack - thanks for the response. Unfortunately, the problem isn't with accessing the page where the user is listed, but actually being able to update the Role(s) field. When I access the user I want to change, the role(s) field appears to be 'locked' with no drop down or edit options.
I'm an admin so I believe I should be able to set other users as admins as well, but maybe I'm wrong about that.

Basically I just need to add the "admin" role to a user, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to edit the role for a user who is already established in the system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
