In case anyone need this, this is the response from Joget:
- If we have 10 users, does this mean we will have a total of 10GB shared between all users? or you are limiting each user to 1 GB?
It will be shared among all 10 users, in total 10GB. - Since we are uploading files, how we can control the space and delete old files when not required?
You can use the Form FIle Manager Plugin for this. - Can we purchase more space if required?
Yes, additional storage space is sold at $5 per month per 500 MB. - Will we be able to check our storage status? Limiting a business application without having a mechanism to see resources is very risky.
To check the storage usage, please email to cloud@joget.com and the team will look into it. If you sign up for the Standard Package, which comes with a Joget Enterprise Support account, you may open a support ticket for that matter as well.

Hello,
We are planning to subscribe to the cloud services. We have 10 users so we are looking for the 5USD/user/month. As per the details of this plan, we will have 1 GB * 10 (per my understanding). We are uploading files, so is there any way to delete old files (like after a year)? And how we will know that we have to extend the storage space in case it's full? What will happen in the case the storage is full?
