Hi, the error message seems to indicate that the there is a timeout in the transaction. Perhaps there is some very long running processing when starting a new process? There should be error messages in the tomcat and joget logs that will give more clues on what is happening.

Hi Guys,
Hope you can help.
I am getting thisexception when i start a new instance of a process.
I have Joget running on a QA server and all is fine in the QA environment. I deployed Joget to my PROD server, and now i'm getting this exception.
Both servers are running apache-tomcat-8.5.16. and Joget Workflow Enterprise Version: 5.0.8 - build 2828
I have deleted the .log files and the 10.11.8.23.tm0.epoch file, i have stopped and re-started the Joget service.
Any idea where to start please?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Ernest.
I think you need to provide log files for others to understand what is happen
