Mobile app can't view file uploade

Hi

I have problems using joget mobile app, when i click for view file on file uploade form I can't that file is in Thai name but File is in English name I can

What can I do about this problem?

      Make Sure your user locale is in Thai and not English.

        Users uploade file into form this file name is Thai , I use mobile app for open this file I can't 

        But when users uploade file into form this file name is English, I can open it
